    Company History

    In 1987, Twin Oaks Industries, Inc. was founded by Ronald and Timothy Ochs to begin
    operations in the metal fabrication industry. The vision of the founders was to become a
    leading edge manufacturer in the metal fabrication arena. Besides conventional
    fabrication, machining and welding, Twin Oaks began producing fuel and hydraulic
    reservoirs in 1997. In 2004, additional tank manufacturing and test equipment was added
    to existing assets to further expand fuel and hydraulic tank manufacture capabilities. A
    robotic weld cell with a five axis positioning system is one of our equipment additions,
    made in the later part of 2004. New equipment purchased in 2007, to further meet the
    needs of our customers, included an additional FO 3015NT laser and a High-Precision,
    Hydraulic Press Brake.

    Today, through continued growth, experience and diversification, Twin Oaks Industries,
    Inc. stands among the best in providing custom metal fabrication, machining, welding and
    assembly services!

    Our products today are used throughout the world on equipment and products
    representing many different segments of our economy.
